          On Day 1 (Nov. 12), staff participated in a human rights
          management declaration and pledge, reaffirming the
          organization’s commitment to respect and protection
          of rights. This was followed by a training session led by
          Sujeong Han, CEO of People & Speech.

                                                          During the performance sharing session, each team
                                                          reviewed its annual progress and discussed plans for
                                                          2024. KIDI emphasized strengthening interdepartmental
                                                          collaboration and maximizing synergy.

                                                          Representatives from the 2026 Yeosu World Island Expo
                                                          Organizing Committee also joined the event.


                                                          In a briefing, Planning Director Jeongjun Lee stated,
                                                         “Collaboration  with  KIDI,  as  a  national  policy
                                                          research institute,  is essential for the Expo’s success”
                                                          and requested active cooperation in jointly planning and
                                                          operating various programs.

                                                          A team-based recreation program was also held, bringing
                                                          together staff across departments, ranks, and genders to
                                                          foster a more open and trusting workplace culture.
