 Regional Specialization Projects
KIDI employs a four-stage support system to ensure
the success of the Island Regional Specialization
 Project.

 1. Application and Selection: Villages submit applications
 through local governments.
 2. Site Evaluations: Selected villages undergo comprehen
 sive evaluations.
 3. Development Plans: Tailored village plans are crafted
 based on evaluations.
 4. Implementation: Villages carry out their plans with
guidance from KIDI, fostering independence and self-
sufficiency in creating thriving island communities.

This structured approach helps identify focus areas
for specialized initiatives and supports the discovery
and development of related projects, ensuring a
 sustainable future for island villages.
