Singer Romina performs with residents of Oedaldo Island during
the Early Christmas celebration.

The event took place on December 3 on Oedaldo
Island in Mokpo. It included a one-day Christmas
tree workshop, a cultural class with residents led
by DOKDOSARANG’s Celebrity PR Team, and a
Vol.03 food package donation ceremony.

In a particularly meaningful gesture, the Christmas
trees were crafted not from plastic but from live
air-purifying plants, which later became cherished
companion plants for the elderly participants.
Singer Romina also performed, creating a festive
and heartwarming atmosphere together with the
residents of Oedaldo Island.

This event allowed island residents to feel the
excitement and warmth of the season firsthand.
Though modest in scale, it brought joy to often-
overlooked communities and showed what’s
possible when cultural care reaches even the most
remote corners. As we look ahead to future holiday
seasons, we imagine the sound of carols and the
