                                                                     A Masterpiece Painted by Wind and Nature

                                                                     True to its name, the Baram-gil (Wind Trail) on
                                                                     Byeongpungdo is sculpted by natural forces. In
                                                                     the fall, bright red cockscomb flowers line the
                                                                     trail, creating a surreal landscape.

                                                                     The stories of the island’s women—who have
                                                                     long lived and worked on the tidal flats—add
                                                                     emotional depth to the scenery. The Seomtiago
                                                                     Pilgrimage Route, connected by the Noddeok-gil,
                                                                     links Byeongpungdo with neighboring islands
                                                                     like Sogijeomdo, Daegijeomdo, and Soakdo. It’s
                                                                     a moving journey into the lives, wisdom, and
                                                                     resilience of the island people.
